How can I set up a direct debit?

If you would prefer to pay for your heat supply by direct debit, please complete the attached mandate and return to: customerbilling@dataenergy.co.uk or by post to:

Once your direct debit has been set up, payments will be taken quarterly for the actual invoice amount. Your direct debit date is on/around the payment due date, which can be found on your bill. Please note, we recommend that you settle any existing balance on your account prior to the direct debit, to avoid larger payments to be taken in error.
