How can I set up a direct debit?

If you would prefer to pay for your heat supply by direct debit, please complete Direct Debit mandate online. Please follow the below link to access it.

Once your direct debit has been set up, payments will be taken quarterly/monthly (which ever applies) for the actual invoice amount. Your direct debit date is on/around the payment due date, which can be found on your bill. Please note, we recommend that you settle any existing balance on your account prior to the direct debit, to avoid larger payments to be taken in error.
