What should I do if my meter is faulty?

If you suspect your meter is faulty, recording incorrect reads, or if there is no heat/hot water supply to your apartment, please contact your heat supplier in the first instance.

As your metering and billing agent, we are not contracted to deal with maintenance issues.

For pre-payment meters, please check your balance to make sure it is in credit. If your balance is negative or reflects £0, please top up to resume supply.
