How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your heat and hot water bill through a variety of methods:

Direct Debit -
A direct debit mandate can be downloaded from the 'Forms' section within the Knowledge Zone. Once complete, please return to customerbilling@dataenergy.co.uk.

Please note, direct debit is not available for pre-payment customers

Bank Transfer -
Details to make a bank transfer can be found on the back of your bill. Please use your unique account number as a payment reference.

By Card -
Please contact us on 01279 810119 to make a payment over the phone.

By Cheque -
Please write a cheque payable to Data Energy Management Services Ltd with your account number of the back and post to our office address, found under ‘Contact Details’ on your bill.
