How can I pay my bill?

Direct Debit -

A direct debit mandate can be downloaded from the 'Forms' section within our Knowledge Zone. Please complete and return the form should you wish to set up a direct debit for all future payments. (Please note, direct debit is not applicable for pre-payment meter users)

Bank Transfer –

Details to make bank transfers can be found on the back of your bill. Please use your unique account number as a payment reference.

By Card –

Please contact us on 01279 810119 to make a payment over the phone.

By Post –

You can write a cheque to Data Energy Management Services Limited. Please ensure that you write your account number on the back of the cheque, attach the remittance advice and post to our address, which can be found on the bill.
