How can I set up a direct debit?

If you would prefer to pay by Direct Debit, please complete the attached mandate and return to: customerbilling@dataenergy.co.uk or by post to:

Once your Direct Debit is set up, payments will be taken monthly for the total bill amount. The Direct Debit will be taken from your bank account on/around the payment due date, which can be found on your bill.
