If we don’t receive payment by the due date stated on your bill, the recovery process will be escalated. This will follow the recovery procedure detailed in your consumer agreement or lease.
If a bill is not paid within the defined timescale, additional costs might be incurred during the recovery process. In some instances, we may suspend your supply to avoid the debt increasing further.
If your supply is suspended, it can take up to 7 days to reinstate the service. There will be costs applicable to both the suspension and re-connection of the supply. All outstanding costs will be payable prior to re-connection.
