On 15.04.24, we launched our new Help Centre which has replaced our Self Service feature for submitting tickets. Existing tickets will be honoured, however new tickets must be submitted through the Help Centre. Click here to access the Help Centre.
If you already have an existing ticket, submitted before 15.04.24, rest assured it will be resolved as normal. You can still track and update your ticket in the usual way, but future tickets should be submitted on the Help Centre.
